The beer garden of the Truderinger Wirtshaus, or 's Truderinger Wirtshaus, is located in the urban district of Trudering, less than ten kilometres from Munich city centre.

Just around the corner of the beer garden is the Riemer Park with the Riemer See, a well-visited recreational area by the locals. A bike ride from the Park to the beer garden does not take longer than seven minutes.

The charming beer garden which is almost totally shaded by large chestnut trees is not too big or too small in size. Although there is no self-service food stall, guests are welcome to unwrap their own food on one of the elven traditional beer garden benches, on which about 110 guests can find place. The beer must be ordered with the waitress. The menu offers a good selection of Bavarian meals. A specialty are the three types of Obatzda (Bavarian cheese creatins): traditional, with rucola or with chilli. Beer lovers can choose between five different beers: Augustiner, Unertl, Bitburger Pils, Duckstein and Forsting Dunkel. A Maß Augustiner Hell (lager) costs €6.20. The dark Weißbier (wheat beer) from Unertl comes straight from the barrel, a rarity in Munich!

Depending on the weather, the beer garden is open throughout the week from 10.30am until 11pm, on weekends and public holidays already from 10am.
