The current leasholder, Ralf Hannemann, refurbished the old original building and expanded the small beer garden in 1998. The beer garden now has 250 seats on old-style fixed-to-the-ground benches. The beer [[Maisacher]] served costs €5,60 p/[[Maß]]. There is no self-service food stall in the beer garden. Instead, guests can either order the beer with the service staff or fetch it from inside the restaurant building. The location is within walking distance of the beautiful Wörthsee and can easily be reached from Munich via S-Bahn stopping directly at Steinebach.
